I think they need to change delivery service as one of my boxes first went to the wrong delivery hub and then half of what was inside was missing. Customer support was top notch though.

thanks for the feedback. over the years we've tried nearly all the couriers and, to be honest, they're all pretty much the same. most of the time it works perfectly but there will always be the odd occasion when one goes awry. in such a situation we just try to fix the problem as quickly and calmly as possible to reduce the stress for both parties. good luck with your move!
