sorry about the delay with one of the parcels. sometimes a parcel can get detached (and mis-sorted) from the rest of its consignment. not very often but it can happen which is why we try to encourage everyone to order early and leave a little extra time for delivery. thanks for the feedback though and good luck with your move. i have to say your comments seem a little unfair! we delivered to you next day, all be it the driver arrived at 6pm, half an hour after our specified times. sorry. we also go to great lengths to encourage our customers to order early and leave plenty of time for delivery (and packing!).
