firstly thanks for your feedback. all the boxes arrive flat packed so you will need to use tape to seal them. without wishing to sound like we're making excuses (!), we have found the adhesive on the tape to be less effective in extreme weather (cold as well as hot temperatures). not sure what we can do about that though!
