thanks for the feedback and sorry you have had bad experiences with Yodel. there's a fine line to tread and sometimes things go awry. on the whole we have had very few problems recently (certainly no more than other couriers we have used in the past) but we do note your comments, and should they be echoed more, we will review our relationship with Yodel. again, sorry for the trouble. I'm sorry to hear that delivery took a little longer than expected. Whilst we do our best, ultimately we are in the hands of the courier once the goods leave the warehouse.
