From the tone of your review, we're just grateful to get three stars! Telephone number is clearly displayed on the contact page along with our email address. Interestingly, though, we have no record of a phone call / email, nor indeed any CONTACT from you until now. You order was delivered and signed for less than 48 hours after ordering so why would you want to anyway? Pretty good service most sensible people would think, especially in the lead up to Christmas. I can only assume you're upset because your order was delivered (earlier than expected) at 10:05 and not between 10:42 and 11:42 when the courier originally estimated. I wonder whether we would have got any stars if it was delivered late!

sorry to hear you received a sub standard roll of tape. certainly not something we do intentionally. will keep an eye out for similar comments and address the issue with our supplier if they are repeated. we would have welcomed the opportunity to replace/refund but sadly this is the first we've heard about it. glad to hear the boxes lived up to your expectations though.
