really sorry to hear that. it is the one part of the service where we sometimes have problems. because of the size of the parcels, they have to be manually sorted through the courier's network, resulting in the occasional mis-sort and subsequent delay. annoyingly, since Citylink's demise, they are also the only courier company that will currently take our freight! we are trying to reduce the size of the parcels, without changing our removal boxes, so they don't have to be manually sorted, which will hopefully remove the problem. if not, at least we will then be able to find another courier. long answer i know but hopefully i'm making sense! :-)

sorry for the delay with delivery. can happen sometimes unfortunately. the parcels the moving boxes arrive in are deemed awkward by their industry and have to be manually sorted through the network which can cause the occasional human and error and subsequent delay. thanks for the review though.

Thanks for the review. sorry there were problems but glad everything got resolved to your satisfaction. we will look into the issue with the tape and, if it becomes a recurring theme, rather than possibly just a bad batch, we will change suppliers. happy to know the removal boxes were strong and reliable. :-)
