I was phoned by Bower’s managing director Geoff Charles who spent considerable time late into the evening discussing our concerns. I would like to stress Rowan at Bower was extremely helpful dealing with the technical issues we had with DocuSign and apart from the misunderstanding on fee payment he was superb. Because this issue has now been resolved to our complete satisfaction I have given Bower 5 stars.
