Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I have no hisitatation in recommending Bower Reirement Services to friends and colleagues. Mr Michael Gillis, representative was most helpful and informative in explaining the issues around Equity Release. No pressure was put on us and we were given plenty time to consider our options and whether we wished to proceed with Equity Release. Once ou decision was made the process was again explained to us clearly by Mr Gillis and dealt with efficiently and with speed. Myself and my husband wish to thank Mr Gillis and the Bower Team.
