Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I replied on 29/5 and I am sorry that I made an error in thinking that I was talking about New Life! I found them to be as described in the e-mail. Bower, on the other hand, have been excellent and Ed Foot in particular has answered all my queries very well. I would recommend Bower to my friends but not New Life. Richard Lewis.
