How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Ian Howarth dealt with us, we found him very helpful and informative ,with a pleasant manner, very professional ,dealt with all our queries, we thought initially we hadn't had as much money as we had expected but then we received a cheque from Aviva for £1000, which made it up, so no problem. I would recommend Bower retirement services to anyone.
