How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent, but…

Excellent service generally but only 4 stars because letters (spelling the word ‘electric’) were removed from the car without permission or prior notification

What Paul Wilkes said about BOWATER PRICE PLC:

Poor communication

My car was originally promised 3 weeks from ordering in late July and my initial impression was Bowater had vehicles 'in stock'. However, after chasing I was told the car was not actally manufactured...

Paul thank you for your feedback which we value, we are always striving to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our clients as we value your business. We are very sorry that your vehicle was affected by the current global ongoing issues regarding microchip shortages which has affected all manufacturers. Sadly your vehicle was delayed by this, obviously, communication is key when a vehicle is delayed. We do have a CRM system that manages and records all contacts for vehicles from the point of order through to delivery. I have checked our system and it might be worthwhile checking your spam folder for the following dates for updates provided (16/08/21, 02/09/21, 12/10/21, 10/11/21, 08/12/21, 14/12/21) please do feel free to contact us if you would like to have a discussion as we are always happy to help. Communication was good. Delivered on date convenient to me. Easy hand over. Not so good was the time scale it took from ordering to delivery.

Thank you for your feedback, we are so happy that you love your vehicle. we can only apologise regarding the lead time for the delivery. As I am sure you are aware there is a global shortage of microchips for vehicles which has led to vehicles taking longer to build for all manufacturers. Please do contact us if you need advice during your contract. Bowater Team
