I am sorry to hear you have experienced difficulties with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately split deliveries and damages occassionaly occur in this process even though we use very reliable and reputable couriers. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused

Great apart from damaged product.
Everything was amazing! Only complaint was that the cot came damaged. I would have returned it but needed it for my baby. Makes me less likely to buy from you guys, but your products are lovely.
