Not happy with the delivery service
I have received the cot on 12 May, but the mattress still has not arrived today (22 May), I didn’t receive any updates, and no one reply my emails regarding this issue.

I am so sorry to hear you still have not received your mattress. I have been informed our team has been following this up with the carrier. Unfortunately, even when requested not to, split deliveries do occur. We do try our hardest to ensure all customer enquiries are answered in a timely manner. I do apologise this was not done. Hopefully you receive your mattress this week as it has been scanned into the depot today!

Thank you for your feedback. I assure you our Drop sides are safe and we always ensure we abide and follow all the safety regulations as set out by the Australian standards. The issues advertised are related more to some drop sides on the market that use a button. Enabling the child to press that button and compromising their safety. Our drop sides operate from the outside only with the parents having to push in the bottom with their leg to release and operate, this makes it impossible for the child to activate the feature themselves ensuring their safety.

Unfortunately once goods have been despatched from our warehouse we have very little control - we are however assured these are completed Mon-Fri.

Not happy
They could improve by making a cot mattress to its proper size, not 2 cm short. The cot that I brought it for had to be modified to meet Australian standards.
