I'm sorry to hear you have missed out on PS5 games.
We always aim to meet demand and we had an unusual situation where a number of PS5 games were released the week before the console so we had already posted out copies to our customers that had returned their games.
Unfortunately this meant that you missed out on this occasion purely due to when your rentals arrived back with us. We will always get the first available copy to you as soon as we can and any day you are waiting we will award payback points to your account which can be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discount on purchases!
