Was charged for service while not getting any games and when I did get them delivery was slow in the end I just gave up on the service

Hi,
Thanks for your message. We always aim to have enough stock to meet demand with new releases and in our growing library and as our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available. Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting. These points can then be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discounts on purchases. We normally expect games to arrive in 1-3 days in line with Royal Mail quoted delivery times but we will always be happy to assist you should you experience a postal delay. Less than 1% of our games are lost or delayed per year so it is rare to have to wait for games.
