Thanks for your review of our service.
We don't currently have an app I'm afraid but you can access a version of our website in your phone's browser which is optimized for mobile! We are currently working on some updates to improve the customer experience and hope to have these live soon! I'm sorry to hear you have experienced a long wait time for new games, we always do our best to get each game to you as soon as we possibly can though as our customers are able to hold on to their games as long as they like there may be occasions where the games you are after isn't immediately available. Any day that you are waiting we will award payback points to your account which you can use towards bonus games, free rental months and purchases. During the 21 day free trial you can rent one disc at a time up to a maximum of 3 and you can choose from 100's of great titles!
