Been renting games off them for over a year now never had a problem with them. Deliveries are always fast and really good value for money.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experience a long wait for new games in the past.
We always aim to have enough stock to meet demand with new releases and in our growing library and as our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available. Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting. These points can then be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discounts on purchases.
I can see that your account has not been used since 2016 so please get in touch if you would like to give the service another try and we will be happy to advise you on how to get the best out of our service!
