Hi Craig - Thanks for the feedback and sincere apologies that there was some undesirable friction at checkin with capacity issues on the first boat of the day - we are really glad that it worked out in the end and you could go at your booked time once they had gone thru the full checkin process and trip manifest. We are currently heavily focused on further streamlining and obtaining live inventory communications between attractions operators to completely eliminate the odd chance that this can happen (as well as for a multitude of other benefits). This sort of friction should soon be even more less likely as a result. Thanks again for your feedback and we really hope you enjoyed the discounted Shotover Jet trip despite the hiccup at the start!
