Thanks for taking the time to feedback your thoughts regarding your recent sale. As you say, we did find a purchaser very quickly which we are pleased to have done. I am sorry to hear that the subsequent communication has not reached the expected standard. Upon completion day your solicitor should inform you of the completion of your property and we subsequently invoice our services through the solicitors themselves. Under normal circumstances we thank the purchaser and the seller in the office upon the exchange of keys. As we already held all the keys for your house, we missed this opportunity with yourselves which is something that you have correctly highlighted in your feedback. We will put a new system in place to ensure that no future clients feel the same disappointment that you have expressed. Believe me we are very grateful to all our clients on both the buying and selling end of the spectrum. We offer our sincere apologies, and our belated thanks to yourselves, and will ensure that your constructive feedback is acted upon forthwith.
