We are very sorry to hear you feel that way. Our records show you placed your order late afternoon Thursday 9th April. And received your delivery late morning of Tuesday 14th April. That is only 5 days from place of order, and within 3 working days. We have all the records to show this if you wish to see them. We normally do not use couriers and drop off ourselves in-between all our installations. We hope the product is to your liking and fairly priced, however we disagree with your statement.

EDIT: This was in fact a manufacturer issue, who made a mistake at their end. This was actually due to be sent by courier direct from them, but you got lost in their system. These things sometimes happen unfortunately, which is why we prefer to deliver ourselves. We rectified the issue as soon as possible and got to you at our earliest opportunity with one of our own stock.
