Thank you for you reply. More our less it shows how loyalty and customer interface matter not. Our premium was hiked on your algorithm assessment. You took no cognisance of the fact that we do about 5,000 miles per year and have the vehicles serviced by a BMW dealership. Indeed, our vehicle is well below the national average in mileage. That information is available to you via BMW and the DVSA. Rather it’s easier just to hike the premium than treat customers like clients. Our do you have no confidence in BMW and its maintenance programs - you can’t have it both ways. Had we claimed or abused our policy we could appreciate increases. But the reality is the opposite and as I stated it’s unlikely we shall use the BMW Warranty next year - our custom and your business lost.
