We understand the potential benefit of results being shared directly with your GP, as it could support follow‑up and ensure nothing is overlooked. At present, we do not automatically send reports to GP practices due to data protection and confidentiality requirements, meaning results remain securely with the customer to share as they choose. That said, you can download your report as a PDF from your online dashboard and forward it directly to your GP if you wish. This allows you to control how and when your personal health information is shared. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our teams as we continue to review ways to improve our service.
