Once we placed the order there was no communication on when the blinds would be received. We only got an email confirming the payment was received.

We quote the lead times for each of our products on the product's page and a delivery confirmation email is sent prior to the delivery.
If one of the products received presents a fault, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will arrange to have the item collected and replaced.
