I responded to Jack with more details, however I received a rather 'corporate' response that did not engage with Blacks Web shop shortcomings I raised. I was not left feeling they would be addressed.

Just to long
Very long and bad. Cancelled order before dispatch. They sent it anyway. Took money before dispatch. Whole process took four weeks. Won't use again.

I am still out of pocket by £13 as I pointed out there was no returns label no courier named as a way of return & as I couldnt speak to anyone I was obliged to send return by post if I had been informed how much it would cost I would have been better off throwing the item in the bin!!!
