Good morning, Many thanks for the detailed review, it has made us all smile! We’re so pleased to read that you’re happy with your product and service received and the only bone of contention is the plinth. I’ve had a look at the website and can see that castor base details now tell you that you will need to remove the plinth prior to fitting the castor base. If you should ever wish to order a Multidrawer from us again you can put a note on the order and we can remove the plinth prior to production if that’s your requirement.
