Dented filing cabinet delivered. Report on the problem was ignored.
Dented filing cabinet was left. Looks like a ‘second’. I carefully took photos and immediately sent them to the mobile number that informed me of the delivery. I heard nothing back.

Excellent, I'm so glad I chose one of these filing cabinets
It's a lovely filing cabinet, and it's a lovely colour. I had to wait a few weeks but then it was delivered on time with no fuss
