Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Over complicated and bureaucratic

Uncompretitive, inaccurate with information and slow to respond eg 3 days to confirm receipt of payment via BACS when other companies confirm by return using a proper web interface.

Should have been provided a receipt for my payment without having to ask for it.. Also the receipt should show the amount paid and what is was for, The new website should have been better tested so...
