We are sorry you had initial difficulty in fitting your Ninka bin. Ninka make their bins to fit a wide range of carrier units and the guidelines for these are pre-packed with the bins. However, we provide a set of specific and detailed fitting instructions for the Grass Nova Pro carrier unit supplied and these are emailed at the point of despatch. We are sorry you seem to have missed these. Like all fitted pull-out bins some DIY skills and capabilities are needed and we admit they need more skill than just putting together an IKEA assembly kit.
