Hi Raul, We're sorry that we were unable to provide cover for your bike on this occasion. To be eligible under our policy, an e-bike must meet our definition of a cycle and comply with the government’s requirements for an Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC). This includes specific limits on motor power and maximum assisted speed. As your model exceeds the permitted power and speed thresholds, it unfortunately falls outside the criteria we’re able to insure.
