Hi Marc, thanks for the great review. Very much appreciated by all of us here at the Bikmo office and we're thrilled that you're so happy with your experience thus far. All of us here are cyclists ourselves, with experience in a variety of disciplines- mountain, road, track, you name it. As you have found, this comes in very handy when talking to customers as it means we have a solid understanding of what they're talking about, saving a lot of time and stress! But yes, you can certainly rest assured that your babies are extremely well covered now so, should you ever need to make a claim, there will be no need to stress- we'll have your girls back in tip-top shape in no time at all! And your clothing/headgear/accessories too!!!

Thanks for the cracking review. We are always looking for ways to keep our product as simple yet effective as possible (no one likes faffing over insurance when they could be out riding or enjoying a cake stop!). And as firm believers in the n+1 rule we knew we had to make it super easy for customers to add new bikes to their policies (we agree, we all need new bikes! Lots of them!). Here's hoping you don't have to claim but if you do, we'll be sure to take the best care of you and get you back in the saddle ASAP.

Thanks for the great review and for recommending us so regularly- it really is very much appreciated. I hope you've been able to earn some vouchers too through our refer a friend system. We're thrilled that you are so pleased with the service you've received so far. All of us, here at the Bikmo office, are cyclists ourselves (in various disciplines!) and so know a thing or two about bikes which is a huge help when it comes to helping our customers. We also know how horrible it is to be off the bike so we always try to process claims and have customers up and rolling again as quickly as possible!

Thanks for the great review. We're glad you've had such a pleasant, hassle free Bikmo experience to far. We like to keep things as effective but low key as we can here at Bikmo- noone likes being bombarded with e-mails so once our customers are set up, we like to keep the messages to a minimum. Less time sifting through e-mails. More time riding!

Hi Darren, thanks for the starrage and cracking review. We're chuffed that you're so happy with your Bikmo experience so far. Cycling insurance is often made far more complicated than it needs to be so we like to keep it simple while giving the customer the policy they need making it easy to adjust their policy and the bikes within it.

Thanks for the great review. :) Our developer, Jorj, is stoked that you found the Bikmo website and modification process so easy to use. Simplicity is one of our main focuses (alongside great customer service!) here in the Bikmo office. Cycling insurance doesn't need to be complicated so we like to keep it as quick and easy as possible.
