My only problem is that Big Drop's lovely alcohol free beer is treated by deliverers exactly as if it were regular beer. They expect someone over 18 to be at home to receive it.

Couriers checking age is up to the discretion of the individual driver sometimes, and for parcel and order security, they may in general ask for someone over 18 to be in to receive an order.
