Thank you for your feedback. Our acknowledgement email to says if we have a mobile number you should receive a text message from the courier with a one hour time slot. Unfortunately on this occasion you gave us your landline number.

That's fine if you have a mobile phone, which I have not. Other firms send email messages to inform them their items have been dispatched and give courier arrival times, perhaps you could do the same. Very disappointed.
