waste of time
Sent several emails to claim for the cost of the car hire in spain,didnt even get a email back so lost our money,waste of time getting this insurance in the first place,won't be using ever again.

Excess claim paid back swiftly.
We made a claim because someone scratched my car rental abroad and I got reimbursed swiftly with no hassle. Best 13.98 I spent.
