I would like to apologise on behalf of Bettersafe, as I can see from your feedback that you have had a negative experience.
We understand that you purchased a daily car hire excess policy, number BPJUCH00029655 on the 9th April 2016.
We are sorry that the car hire rental company in Panama did not accept your Bettersafe policy but we can assure you that our policies are valid.
As you could not use your policy, a full refunded has been credited to your account. Once again, we apologies for your negative experience while purchasing a policy with Bettersafe.
