Thank you for your feedback via Feefo. I would like to apologise for your negative experience while using Bettersafe's policy.
We are sorry that the car hire rental company in Jamaica did not accept your Bettersafe policy but we can assure you that our policies are valid although some companies can be very aggressive on their sales strategies and therefore did not accept your policy.
I have fully refunded your premium and would like to ensure you that you would not have to put $20,000,00 on your card for this policy to work, we only ask the customer to place the excess charge of up to £6,000 on their card for a reimbursement. If the customer was in a serious accident and needed CDW or SLI insurance to pay out, the insurance company would handle it directly with the car hire rental.

I have not claimed yet, but needed to cancel once, which was done without any problems. Sent the email out on a Thursday and had the reply on Monday morning.
