shocking customer service
Stil havent received a payout and the complaints procedure is to make you wait for a call back which never comes. good company until you need them.

Payment made but no policy !
Great until I tried to get a confirmation of my purchase. My credit card has been charged - but no sign of any confirmation or policy - so basically useless !!
