Hi, Lovely to speak to you just now and thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry your order arrived with 10 x plants missing. As discussed I have arranged for extra plants to be sent out for delivery on Wednesday 12th March, so you can complete your hedge. Your plants are native, deciduous species, so they will have lost their leaves during autumn and will have arrived looking rather sorry for themselves. They will burst back into leaf again and will flower in spring and will eventually produce berries.
