Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for all the issues with your order. I have emailed you to see how your Cherry Laurels are doing. If any are struggling just let me know and I can arrange for replacements to be sent to you. Your Laurels will knit together to create a beautiful dense evergreen hedge. During the spring they produce tiny white flowers that are popular with butterflies and bees and during winter they produce small red berries that hungry birds love. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused and if there is anything else I can help with just let me know.
