Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

Thanks for the feedback. We send out hundreds of thousands of boxes each year and this is an extremely rare occurence - we use Parcel Force (having tested all the others) because they are good at keeping our parcels upright.
