Thank you for your feedback. I was very surprised to hear there was a problem with the packaging on your order as your plants were cell grown plants and these come directly from our growers in bespoke boxes – we have had a few problems with the packaging on our pot grown plants which come from a different location and this has now been rectified. I have checked through our feedback and we have had no other complaints regarding the packaging on cell grown plants so it looks as if your delivery problem was a one off. We will certainly look into the packaging if we have any future complaints. I can assure you that if a customer has a problem, if they contact us within a few days of the delivery, we do our utmost to resolve it. I understand from your feedback that, even though you felt the packaging was not good, the plants are healthy and you were pleased with them.
