Please contact us and we will replace without charge any of the plants that will not develop as a result of them being damaged in transit. We have reported the problem that arose with your delivery to our carriers, as we do with the few problems that arise with deliveries, as part of our ongoing focus to maintain high customer service standards.

We apologise for the difficulties you encountered with your order. As you are aware the initial delivery was addressed correctly but the couriers delivered to another address in close proximity to your business premises where the plants were signed for. We appreciate the efforts you made without success to locate the plants. When you advised us of the situation we arranged for a further delivery without charge. This delivery was not despatched as our Nursery were waiting for a further crop of the plants you ordered to reach the required height. We should have communicated this information to you and apologise for this oversight. A full refund has been issued.
