We apologise for the difficulties you encountered with your order. As you are aware the initial delivery was addressed correctly but the couriers delivered to another address in close proximity to your business premises where the plants were signed for. We appreciate the efforts you made without success to locate the plants. When you advised us of the situation we arranged for a further delivery without charge. This delivery was not despatched as our Nursery were waiting for a further crop of the plants you ordered to reach the required height.
