Please accept my apolgies for the delay that has arisen in responding to your feedback. Several errors arose in the despatch of the RootGrow that resulted in the delivery of this being delayed. As you are aware the carriers we use missed the timed delivery and then when they returned later on the same day you had already planted the hedging plants we'de delivered. We're confident the hedge will prosper. A refund for the cost of the RootGrow has been processed today and will be credited through our Secure Trading platform to the account from which you made the payment within the next few days.
