Thank you for your feedback. We have inserts for our boxes that should be used when we're despatching plants in pots to secure these. It would seem the inserts were not used by our Desptach Team and I have reviewed your feedback with them and requested our Operations Manager conducts more quality checks on the packed orders before the boxes are sealed and despatched.
