Terrible delivery, left a big case of ales on front door step for whole world…
Terrible delivery, left a big case of ales on front door step for whole world to see, when emailed to complain I was totally fobbed off and didn't even receive an apology!

I'm really sorry you weren't happy with the delivery. We ask the couriers to leave somewhere safe if possible to stop customers having to contact the courier. Clearly in this case they shouldn't have left it somewhere so visible. We have passed comments on to the courier and reiterated our instructions. Glad your partner is enjoying the beer though! thanks again for your comments Gill
