I’m sorry to hear that you incurred additional costs due to a lack of visa. It is usual for us to suggest our customers have the appropriate visas to travel to their destination, however the responsibility ultimately falls to the traveller to ensure they aren’t refused entry. However, this booking was for Dubai and we cannot locate a holiday to Cancun or the USA under your name. Did you book it under a different name? We would be more than happy to investigate this further.
