We are delighted that you were pleased with the sales details as we pride ourselves on the quality of presentation for all properties that we market. It was unfortunate that a sale fell through during lockdown, but we were able to find a buyer after lockdown at a higher price than the original offer which was in excess of the asking price and for this reason I feel that our sales team was pretty proactive. We do, however, take all of your comments on board and your points have been noted and, again, we thank you for your constructive criticism.

It is unfortunate that the sellers did not fully empty the property, but as I am sure you are aware this is out of our control and is a matter that is dealt with between solicitors and sellers.
