Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback Nick. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the response that we don't accept Saveur Biere loyalty points, but my colleague did explain about our Beer Token scheme & the offer we do on returning empty kegs & on purchases. So hopefully you'll be able to start earning beer tokens with us to use towards your future purchases.
