One can't really rate insurance, though, without going through an event.

Love the quick and easy renewal process. The one thing I would definitely suggest is to send out a reminder more than just a week prior to the policy expiring. I have that "get it & forget it"...
I called to ask if a certain thing was covered. I was told it was so I signed up only to find that it wasn't covered and cancelled my policy within a few hours.
