I've never had to use them, but it's nice to know I have them to use in case of an accident or injury to my clients.

Not anything they did. The insurance has a risk purchasing group. That instead of saying my name or the salon name for the policy holder it says American alliance and.. you can't get business...
The process was quick, easy, and a bit informative. I haven't had to file a claim or anything (and hopefully never will) so I can't speak to how they would handle that.
