My business changed over the last year and I needed details on each item and it wasn't available on the website, so I called. It took quite a few times to get through and the explanations were vague.
Referred to them by my insurance agent, great pricing, easy navigation on the website, fast service. Buy for the year, sent reminders before renewal time.
This is my "go to" insurance every year, they make it so easy and I am grateful.

my insurance was supposed to renew automatically, but did not and I did not receive an email alerting me. there fore I was without insurance for 6 days till I called them.
